Mark is the Founder and Managing Director of FPC. Born in the UK and raised in Switzerland, Mark’s career started in Australia as a small manufacturing business owner in his twenties. He worked as an automotive supply chain project manager / engineer in his thirties and he’s been a management consultant since his forties, specialising in the resources sector. He has sustainably transformed many organisations top-down / bottom-up. He learnt front line change management ‘in the trenches’ working for many different consulting firms. Over time, Mark developed a leading practice method by distilling many disparate approaches into a most effective one. This approach drives change through leadership, empowered people, optimised business processes and appropriate technology. Mark has worked in Australia, Canada, USA, Europe, Chile, Peru, Ghana, Spain and Papua New Guinea.

Brett specialises in leadership and organisational capability, performance management, executive coaching, succession planning and learning & development programmes that make a quantifiable improvement in the capability, engagement, performance and growth of the organisation. In a recent role as Solutions Director for Harrison Assessments International, Brett provided Strategic and Operational Leadership Performance advice for a wide range of global clients.
Brett’s background also includes 17 years as Asia Pacific Human Resources Director for a large multinational corporation. Brett has developed and delivered on many effective leadership and Organisational capability strategies throughout Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, China, Philippines, Borneo and Malaysia.
Horrie is a consultant and coach with accumulated experiences in Management Operating Systems (MOS), business improvement, change management, project management and operational readiness. Horrie’s practical approach to implementing improvement projects and aligning change management methodologies results in improved performance of organisations, functions and teams. With a strong project delivery track record from strategy and solution development to execution and stakeholder management, Horrie achieves business objectives through facilitating high levels of people engagement and ensuring process sustainability.
Monika is passionate about helping businesses to become even better. Working with personnel at all levels, Monika implements process controls to increase effectiveness and efficiency. By leading, coaching and training, Monika ensures the improvement process is embedded into the organisation to reduce the need for further external consultants. Experienced in various industries (mining, light & heavy industrial manufacturing, food producers and banking), Monika identifies gaps in the management systems and behaviours, then develops and implements tangible changes to deliver sustainable bottom-line improvements.
Patrick has held a variety of roles across large and small public and private companies in industries such as Waste and Recycling, Mining & Resources, Local Government, FMCG, Automotive and Building Products. The focus is always on systems and process development, change management, implementation and project management. David is a qualified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Banking, Finance & Risk Management. He has worked on a wide variety of complex projects across various industries, having spent the vast majority of his career within the Mining Industry dealing with a number of different commodities. David has a strong ability to adapt quickly to versatile and changing environments with strategic planning and organisational values at the forefront of every business decision and recommendation.

Ray has significant first-hand operational, process improvement, change management, management operating systems (MOS), facilitation, team development, coaching and mentoring experience across a wide variety of industries. These include Mining, Energy Distribution, Retail Timber and Finance. Passionately committed to building high performing teams and cultures, he has delivered dramatic outcomes in transformation projects across these industries through exceptional client engagement. Over 20 years’ operational experience has given Ray practical experience in handling the day to day aspects of business as well as implementing process improvement.
In 2011 the Mine Operating System, which Ray had developed and implemented for BHP Billiton at Olympic Dam, was awarded BHP’s Global Safety Excellence Award for increasing productivity and improving safety through the effective management of simultaneous operations.
Jillian Exton is a versatile and dependable Human Resource/Business Analyst/Management Consultant with 20 years of extensive experience in a variety of business and service environments.
