Our Refund Policy applies only to the SME division courses and memberships, specifically, the Business Accelerator course and the Quantum Leap membership.
Refunds are only valid if you apply within 30 calendar days of the transaction.
If in the first 30 days you realise this isn’t for you, simply send us an email from the address you use to log in to your course or membership with the subject “Withdraw my enrollment” and we will withdraw you from the appropriate course or membership and provide a full refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14-days, please:
- Check your bank account,
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted,
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you purchase a course or membership on sale, only the amount paid will be refunded to you.
