Lesson 1 of 7
In Progress

Introduction

“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times”

Charles Dickens

The pandemic has created some of the best and worst business conditions. The rise of remote, virtual and distributed working has broken long-held beliefs that benefit the small business owner. It has also accelerated and unlocked technologies that have been previously reserved for larger organisations.

Lockdowns are disproportionally affecting small businesses globally as they are in “wait, survive and see mode” according to Reserve Bank governor Philip Lowe. Just like the Spanish Flu in 1918, this too shall pass, countries and economies will reopen reigniting business confidence.

It’s the businesses that are setting themselves up for this success now that will reap the biggest rewards. Once the pandemic passes it will be the businesses that are the most effective and efficient that will continue to grow and prosper.

Whilst things are tough now for small businesses we are seeing a shift and trends that are only accelerating the small business boom.

This program is designed to help set you up for success in both the short and long term regardless of the broader economic environment by creating an Effective Organisation.
